Start with the affected account or payment
If you shared a password or one-time code, use the real service’s app or a known address to protect that account. If you sent money or exposed card details, contact the bank or payment provider promptly and ask about stopping or reversing the transaction. The FTC lists payment-specific recovery steps. No website can promise that a payment will be recovered.
